Using the engine you currently have, we can rebuild your engine into a Monster utilizing high performance upgrades including the following: Large valves, porting and relocating port position, high lift camshaft, billet aluminum connecting rods, bore work, large carburetors, custom exhaust and much more! Pick how far you want to go and we will take you there. When we are done, we will dyno test and dyno tune your engine on our computerized inertia dyno for the best performance. Level 1 Engine Rebuild
In Level 1, we do machine work to your engine that produces more horsepower utilizing stock replacement engine components. Typical horsepower increases are 4-6 HP. We machine your carburetor, engine block and cylinder heads, Align hone cylinder, machine valve seats for excellent valve seal, improve valve guides and the stock valves. Level 2 Engine Rebuild
In the Level 2 rebuild, we start getting carried away in making more horsepower out of your engine. Horsepower increases are up to 14 HP or more! We machine your existing carburetor to the maximum or we install a high flow Mikuni carburetor with custom intake manifold. We machine your cylinder heads for bigger size ports and match each port for much improved air flow and much increased horsepower. We bore the cylinder for a larger size forged piston, we fully machine your block and heads, install high performance after market parts including a higher lift camshaft and much more-Complete rebuild and dyno test -Starting at $695 for labor and machine work. Level 3 Engine Rebuild
-High Performance Package to the hilt!- This level is where we get carried away and make the most horsepower! You can expect up to 25 HP gains with this package. We install big size stainless steel valves, fill cylinder head ports and relocate for best air flow, bore cylinder to large piston size, machine block and heads for high lift camshaft and longest possible connecting rods and much more.
